At Yookin, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product for various reasons. We aim to make the returns process as easy and hassle-free as possible, and this returns policy outlines our procedures and options for returning your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.
Return Options
Yookin offers two return options:
Refund: You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange: You may exchange the item(s) returned for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, you will receive a refund instead.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice in the package.
Contact the customer service in order to get the shipping address.
Please note that in some cases the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
If you have requested an exchange, we will process it within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s), subject to availability.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and we are not responsible for any delays in processing on their end.
